With so many OEMs launching budget smartphones running on Android 4.4 KitKat OS, Celkon has decided not to stay behind and the company has today announced the launch of the Celkon Millennium Dazzle Q44 which is a 4 inch smartphone and will be powered by a quad-core processor. Priced at Rs.6,499, the Celkon Millennium Dazzle Q44 comes with a 4 inch IPS display with One Glass Solution (OGS) and it has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.

The Celkon Millennium Dazzle Q44 is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and is coupled with 1 GB of RAM while the internal memory is pegged at 8 GB, further expandable up to 32 GB using microSD card slot. Now this is a good inclusion by Celkon given that most of the phones in the sub-7000 price range come with just 4 GB of storage. Apart from this, the Celkon Millennium Dazzle Q44 run on Android 4.4 KitKat OS and has dual-SIM capability.

There is a 5 megapixel camera on the back of the Celkon Millennium Dazzle Q44 with LED Flash and the company has been kind enough at include a 1.3 megapixel camera on the front. The phone comes with 2G, 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS and microUSB slot. All of this is powered by a decent 1500 mAh battery and the phone will be available in Grey, Gold and Silver colour options.

The Celkon Millennium Dazzle Q44 will be available exclusively via Flipkart soon for prospective buyers. It will be interesting to see how customer respond to this smartphone from Celkon given that a lot of smartphones with similar specifications are out in the market.
