Indian smartphone companies are leaving no stone unturned when it is coming to launching new smartphone with top notch speicifications and also plans of launching new smartphones running on Windows Phone OS and one of the company is Karbonn which has similar plans but has today launched a new Android smartphone called the Karbonn Titanium Hexa which comes with a Hexa-Core processor and Android 4.4 KitKat OS out-of-the-box.


With the launch of the Karbonn Titanium Hexa, Karbonn has become the first Indian company to launch a smartphone with Hexa-core processor and also Android 4.4 KitKat OS. The Karbonn Titanium Hexa comes with a 5.5-inch LTPS (Low temperature polysilicon) type display with scratch resistant and oleophobic coating while the resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixels. The device runs on 1.5 GHz hexa-core MediaTek processor with 2 GB of RAM while the internal storage is pegged at 16 GB which will further be expandable using a microSD card slot up to 32 GB. As we already shared, the smartphone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS.

The Karbonn Titanium Hexa carries a 13 megapixel auto focus camera with LED Flash on the back while there is a 5 megapixel camera on the front. The device comes dual-SIM capability while other connectivity options includes 2G, 3G, Bluetooth, USB OTG, GPS, Wi-Fi, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack. The smartphone getting all the juice from a 2050 mAh battery. The Karbonn Titanium Hexa will be available in Black and White colour options and has been priced at Rs.16,990 which seems to be decent price tag and with a possible availability some time by the last week of April 2014. Interesting move by Karbonn right?
