It was just last week when we shared with you the leaked specifications of the upcoming Nexus 5 smartphone from Google which is being built by LG as per the leaked log files. And now, the specifications of the smartphone have almost been confirmed in a leaked internal service manual which was posted online and gives us an inside look on what to expect from the upcoming device. The Nexus 5 arrives with a model number LG-D821 and would go on to launch with a 4.95 inch full-HD IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels while the device being powered by a powerful quad-core 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM.

The internal storage being is being pegged at 32 GB which is a good news as we do not expect a microSD card slot to be available on the Nexus 5. An 8 megapixel camera on the rear with LED Flas, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and capability to shoot videos at 1080p will be available on the smartphone. A decent 1.3 megapixel camera on the front has been included for video calls and hangouts.

The Google Nexus 5 will have 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack and GPS on-board connectivity wise. The smartphone will sport a microSIM slot and various sensors like Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Compass, Proximity, Ambient Light sensor and Pressure sensors will be present on the device. The device will carry a 2300 mAh battery which seems to be less going by the standards on the smartphones with full-HD display and quad-core processors but we hope Google and LG have tweaked the smartphone well, to keep it running. The Android 4.4 KitKat OS will run on the Nexus 5 which is going to bring-in some nice changes and will be unveiled alongside the device sometime later this month.

With each passing day, we are seeing more and more leaks related to the Nexus 5 and it will not be long before we see the press images and more details on the device to leak and we will bring it all to you as it unfolds.
