The battery on the device is pegged at 2000 mAh battery to keep it running.

One sad thing about today’s announcement by Nokia India is that the Nokia Lumia 1020 will be made available from October 11th in the Indian markets and the company has also not revealed the pricing of the Lumia 1020 and plans to make things official on October 10th. Nokia has attributed this move to the fluctuating Indian currency. But hey, if you have been waiting for the Nokia Lumia 1020, it is only a matter of few more days until when you could get hands over the Lumia 1020.
