With every passing day, Nokia is nearing a point where Microsoft is waiting desperately to own the smartphone owner and the Finnish giant has already announced that it is holding the Nokia World, which might be the last event being held by the company, in Abu Dhabi on October 22nd. And at the event, we expect the company to announce as many as 6 smartphones at the event and one of the device is the Nokia Lumia 1520.


And today, popular leakster @evleaks has just leaked the press renders of the Nokia Lumia 1520 in Red colour options. Also, the leakster has shared the press image of the Nokia Lumia 929. As per the leaked image and various rumours, the Nokia Lumia 1520 will go on to carry a large 6 inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Also, the smartphone will go on to run on the Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM. Expectedly, the smartphone is to arrive with 32 GB of RAM and it will run on the Windows Phone 8 OS with the General Distribution Release 3 (GDR3). Interestingly, the Nokia Lumia 1520 will be able to take images at both 5 megapixel and 16 megapixel resolution simultaneously. The smartphone will go on to launch on AT&T’s network in the US.


Next up is the Nokia Lumia 929 which carries a similar design language as of the Nokia Lumia 925 and the smartphone will, as per the leaks carry a large 5 inch full HD display and not a 6 inch display as on the Nokia Lumia 1520. The Nokia Lumia 929 will will have a 20 megapixel PureView camera with a Zeiss lens with LED Flash on the back while running on the Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor with 2 GB of RAM. The device will also run on the Windows Phone 8 OS with GDR3 and will be available in the US on Verizon’s 4G LTE network. Going by the pricing, the Nokia Lumia 929 is expected to be avialable for about $500.
