We have heard a lot about the Nokia EOS which is expected to pack in a huge 41 megapixel camera sensor on the back of it continuing the legacy from the Nokia 808 PureView smartphone which ran on the Symbian OS. And today, new information flowing in suggests that the Nokia EOS will arrive as the Nokia Lumia 909. And this information comes from the popular leakster @Evleaks, who has been bang-on with his leaks most of the times and had earlier claimed that the Nokia EOS will be called Nokia Lumia 1020.

The leakster has also posted two images of the Nokia Lumia 909 which are the official press shots of the smartphone and will go on to launch on the AT&T’s network in the US. In the images we can also see the Nokia Pro Cam which is expected and is rumoured to bring in new features to control the 41 megapixel camera of the Nokia Lumia 909 given that the Windows Phone 8 OS still doens’t have enough features on its own.

Apart from the powerful camera and the dedicated Nokia Pro Cam app, Nokia Lumia 909 is expected to carry a 4.5 inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels but we hope that we get to see a higher resolution display and Microsoft does the necessary changes to the Windows Phone OS for the same. The Nokia Lumia 909 is said to be powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor with 1 GB of RAM and body is speculated to made up of polycarbonate but a few leaks have suggested an aluminium body in the making. 32 GB of internal memory with no microSD card slots could arrive on the device and not to forget, the device will be available in Black, Yellow and Red colour options.

July 11th is the day when the Nokia Lumia 909/1020 will go official and with just a few days left, more numbers of leaks are bound to flow in and we will being it all for you.
