Along with the launch of the Nokia Lumia 625 smartphone in India, the Finnish company has also made official the Nokia Lumia 925 for a price tag of Rs.33,499. The smartphone arrives with a thinner profile and an aluminium casing to make it lighter though the back of the device is still made up of polycarbonate material. The Nokia Lumia 925 arrives with a 4.5 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels while the device is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor coupled with 1 GB RAM.


It measures just 8.5mm thick and the internal storage on the Nokia Lumia 925 is pegged at 16 GB. Sadly there is no support for microSD card slot for memory expansion. Coming to the camera, the Nokia Lumia 925 carries a main camera of 8.7 megapixel resolution coupled with LED Flash and arrives has the Carl Zeiss optics, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and even better low light capability. The device comes with a feature called Best Shot, which will allow users to choose the best of the 10 shots. A 1.2 megapixel front camera is also available. Windows Phone 8 OS with Nokia’s very own Amber update runs the show on the Lumia 925 while a 2000 mAh battery powers the smartphone.

Connectivity options include 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, microUSB v2.0.The polycarbonate back comes in White, Gray and Black color options while a wireless charging cover can be clipped onto the back of the phone to take advantage of wireless charging feature. The covers which will be sold separately, come in White, Black, Yellow and Red.
