The Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS with Samsung’s very own TouchWiz UI running on the top of it. Along with the Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo, another device called the Samsung Galaxy Grand Lite has also been spotted at the FCC which might be the same phone meant for other market.
