Around the end of last month, a new Samsung smartphone called the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo went official and now, the smartphone has officially been announced and launched for the Indian consumers for a hefty price tag going by the just decent specifications the device arrives with. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo was expected to be a cheap Note 3 variant but at Rs.40,900 it is not.


The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo comes with a 5.5 inch Super AMOLED HD screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels while the phablet is powered by a 1.6 GHz quad-core processor for the 3G variant while the 4G LTE variant will get all its processing power from a Hexa Core processor which has 1.7 GHz dual-core Cortex A15 + 1.3 GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor. These will be coupled with 2 GB of RAM while the internal storage is pegged at 16 GB which will further be expandable up to 64 GB using a microSD card slot.

There is an 8 megapixel rear facing camera with BSI sensor and LED Flash while a 2 megapixel front facing camera with BSI sensor will be available for users to take selfies and more. Android 4.3 Jelly Bean will run the show on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo which arrives with loads of improvements and better customization with the TouchWiz UI. Indian variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo will have 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and GPS/GLONASS for the connectivity options. A powerful 3100 mAh battery will power the smartphone and the phone will be available in Black Mist, Mint Green and White colour options in India.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo is pricey at Rs.40,900 and we would suggest you buy the Galaxy Note 3 instead adding a few more grands but if you are still looking to buy the Note 3 Neo, then Samsung is already taking the preoders for the device here.
