The Samsung Galaxy Note, when launched about 3 years back went on to create a new categoty of devices called the ‘phablet‘ which was a combination of a phone and a tablet by arriving with a large 5 inch display. But since then, the screen size has touched 6.3 inches recently and the third generation of the Galaxy Note, expectedly called the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is just about to launch at the upcoming IFA 2013 which is just a couple of months away. And today new information around the phablet has appeared online, almost comfirm a few things along with an image of what is said to be the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

First up, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will pack a 5.7 inch full HD display and not the previously rumoured 5.99 inches. The report suggests that the company did test a 6 inch Note 3 but decided to go ahead with a screen size ‘conservative’, after seeing the response of the market to the company’s recently launched Mega series which packs in a 5.8 inch and 6.3 inch display respectively.

Rumours also have it that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will also be the first device to launch with a 3 GB RAM on board and this is also a huge possibility, given that Samsung has already started the mass productive of the 3 GB RAM modules. Next we are hearing that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with LTE-A (Advanced) on board which is capable of achieving speeds twice that of the 4G LTE. Also, the phablet will run on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS out-of-the-box with TouchWiz UI on the top of it and a 13 megapixel camera as on the back of the Samsung Galaxy S4 is almost confirmed for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with Optical Image Stabilization.

And of course, the Stylus, which is a companion of the Note series will surely be available with the Galaxy Note 3 too and we also expect Samsung to have made integral improvements to it.
