Yesterday, we saw the detailed specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 getting leaked and appearing online which were not that great but today, the same source has information about a new high-end tablet from Samsung code-named “Roma”. The Samsung Roma is seemingly just like the Nexus 10 with a few minor differences and with 3G or 4G LTE connectivity. The Samsung Roma will be a 10.1 inch tablet with a display resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels in contrast to the 1280 x 800 pixels resolution reported for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1, which should be a great news for prospective buyers who were wishing for a better resolution tablet. The Samsung Roma is expected to be powered by a Samsung Exynos 5 Dual 1.7 GHz dual-core processor complemented with Mali-T604 GPU and 2 GB of RAM.

The internal storage on the Samsung Roma is pegged at 16 GB which will be expandable up to 128 GB (Yes, the rumour suggests so) using a microSD card. A decent 5 megapixel autofocus camera on the back of the tablet will be available for users along with a 1.9 megapixel front facing camera for video chats. The device is expected to weigh 583 grams while it might measure 257 x 177.7 x 8.4mm.

The OS on-board will be Android 4.2 Jelly Bean while connectivity-wise, the Samsung Roma is said to include 3G or 4G LTE connectivity along with the usual Wi-Fi, DLNA, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB while being powered by a 9000 mAh battery which will keep the tablet running for you. The specifications are indeed interesting and we expect the official announcement to happen any time soon.
