We have heard about the Sony Xperia i1 Honami, which is said to be the code name of Sony’s offering of a camera phone to complete with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Zoom which has a 16 megapixel camera with optical zoom and the upcoming Nokia EOS which is the Finnish’s companies offering with a 41 megapixel PureView camera. And today purported press images of the Sony Xperia i1 Honami have leaked online giving us a view at the front of the smartphone as you can see in the images below.

The Sony Xperia i1 Honami’s press images are said to be taken from a system dump and show us the aluminium frame that the device will come packed in and the dedicated camera button can be spotted as well. The Sony Xperia i1 Honami will carry a 5 inch Full-HD Triluminous display and the camera phone is highly rumored to come equipped with a 20 megapixel camera on the back and capability to record 4K videos coupled with ISO 12800 setting which will be the first on a smartphone. As expected, it will be waterproof and dustproof and might be powered by the powerful Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor with Adreno 330 GPU.

Internal memory is expected to be at 16 GB or 32 GB with MicroSD support and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean will run the show on the Sony Xperia i1 Honami. Connectivity options like 2G, 3G, 4G LTE apart from usual Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC and others. A 3000 mAh battery is said to power the Sony Xperia i1 Honami. For now there are no images of the back of the device but at the pace with which the leaks are coming in, it might not be long before we see and know almost everything about the camera phone and also might even hear about it officially from Sony themselves. we would also advice you to take this leak with a good grain of salt and wait for more details to flow in.
